A great passion for the territory

A family business

Azienda Agricola I Lori was founded in 2010, coinciding with the release of its first label for its Itrana cultivar EVO oil.

The territory of Cori (LT) is considered the ideal environment for this type of cultivation, thanks to the Lepini Mountains that protect against frost and the sea wind that caresses the crops.

The 1,500 or so monocultivar Itrana olive trees planted on the estate in the late 19th century are worked by hand by the women and men of the family, who have traded in oil and wine for generations.

Since 2017 we are approved with the organic certification.

In 2018 Gambero Rosso assigned us “three leaves” and counted us among the best Italian oils.

In the same year, the company decided to start exploring the world of wine as well, and this is how the first labels of Nero Buono and Bellone in purity were born.

This date marked a path of strong growth that led to the creation of new lines: Poggio Santa Lucia and Monsignore, the latter of which became the company's flagship product.

To date, the I Lori estate has 25 hectares planted with olives and 12 hectares of vine plantings.
